This position will support revenue generation, ensure cost effectiveness, ensure operational/administrative effectiveness, ensure compliance, maintain close alignment to the business and overall corporate strategy. Key Accountabilities: ? Communicate with End Users to understand and help define new processes; ? Analyze operational functions to identify possible synergies and efficiencies; ? Write various types of documents that include, but are not limited to: functional requirements and business process flows; ? Interface and work closely with Technology staff to assure proper understanding of requirements; ? Drive projects towards execution, setting direction, document, track and resolve issues; ? Produce regular status reports. Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience): ? Minimum 10 years business experience in capital markets. ? University Degree in finance or management or related field. ? Understanding of equity derivative products. ? Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels of organization. ? Must maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct.
