The Salesperson will sell RBC grade credit products to US based institutional accounts; maximizing sales credits while minimizing risk for the Banks trading books. Cross sell other fixed income products to the accounts they cover. Key Accountabilities: Some of the responsibilities include but are not limitted to: ? develop and maintain client relationships with the assigned client list; ? maximize the amount of profitable business their accounts do with RBC; ? learn about all aspects of the clients business and uncover revenue generating ideas; ? market RBCs new issues and research capabilities; ? continually prospect for new accounts that do not have a relationship with RBC and; ? introduce their accounts to other RBC capabilities beyond the fixed income and currencies business. Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience): Must have knowledge of US mortgage-backed securities market. Candidate should possess strong math skills and be well organized and able to quickly prioritize tasks under pressure. Candidate must be a committed team player with a good attitude and strong communication skills. Required: ? Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; ? Minimum 7 years of related, investment grade credit sales, experience and; ? Series 7 and 63. Preferred: ? CFA ?
