Growing Hospitality organization seeks Sales Manager to spearhead sales and marketing efforts.

* Develops sales goals and strategies and ensures alignment with the business strategy. * Executes the sales strategy and ensures individual revenue goals are met. * Deploys sales efforts against appropriate market segments. * Ensures focus is on proactive selling as well as reactive selling. * Determines and develops marketing communication activities. * Develops strong partnerships with local organizations to further increase brand/product awareness and provide sales opportunities * Suggests innovative marketing ideas and proactively develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share. * Proactively develops and manages internal key stakeholder relationships. * Is the sales contact for customers; serves as the customer advocate. * Develops strong community and public relations by ensuring participation in local and regional events
