Product Marketing Specialist Responsibilities: Create and communicate for Siemens brands: - Benefit-oriented marketing ? Develop relevant messaging and positioning statements that bridge gap between features and benefits. - Develops content for portfolio brochures, web, videos and presentations for internal and external audiences - Communicates key product messaging, value and benefits to the field, training teams, customers (hearing care professionals) and various consumer segments - Champions and drives adoption of value messaging into the way our field sales and customers articulate the value of our offerings - Gathers competitive intelligence from the marketplace through field and customers. Develops and analyzes complex data on competitors such new products, business strategies, programs, distribution and pricing and makes recommendations to management team and field. Creates and maintains a list of key contacts, both internally and externally, to gather information as required - Conducts competitive market, product and pricing analysis. Processes, reports and disseminates competitive data through creative vehicles, like newsletters, webinars, podcasts and competitive flashes - Develops sales tools for sellers and customers for positioning and up-selling - Assists in developing marketing programs with existing and alternate channels to support growth and expansion of company products and services - Collaborates with global marketing team to ensure requirements of the region are incorporated into final marketing deliverables - Converts white papers and other technical deliverables into marketing assets Requirements: ? Seasoned marketer with proven experience in Product Marketing producing and driving messaging and branding initiatives ? Experience in developing benefits-oriented product deliverables ? Outstanding writer and communicator ? comfortable presenting to audiences that span sellers, customers and consumers ? Proficiency in MS-Office and virtual tools, such as LiveMeeting ? Experience interfacing effectively with the sales organization ? Audiology, wireless or high tech industry experience highly desired ?
