This position will support and execute the IT services for a customer base spanning multiple buildings in a campus environment. The candidate will possess the following at minimum: ? 3+ years experience in a diverse IT support environment ? Solid understanding of Windows XP and Microsoft Office ? Experience with PC imaging ? Experience with telephony support ? Proven ability to multi-task ? Strong verbal and written communication skills ? Strong customer interaction skills ? Strong documentation skills ? Experience managing to customer SLAs ? Ability to lift/move equipment such as PCs, monitors, and printers ? Ability to work both independently and as part of a team ? Familiarity with customer ticketing systems and related case documentation ? Adhere to specific processes and procedures as defined by customer ? Desire to learn new skills and ability to adapt to change ? Experienced HW/SW trouble-shooting skills ? Experience with Unix and Linux ? Experience supporting remote customers ? A+ certification ?
