Audiology/Technical Training Specialist

Specific Requirements LOCATION: FLEXIBLE - THIS IS A TRAVELING POSITION AND CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN THE MIDWESTERN U.S. The Audiology/Technical Training Specialist is the training link to customers and customer support staff. They provide technical and competitive information to the organization. Other responsibilities include: (Other duties may be assigned) ? Conduct large group training seminars. ? Provide in-office training to individual customers who have been identified for this purpose. ? Provide input to supervisor on additional training needs and materials for Siemens Hearing Instruments. ? Assist in collection of competitive data. ? Assist coaching clinics on patient selling skills to sell Siemens and Rexton brands. ? Assist with clinic open houses. Job Requirements: ? Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. ? Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. ? Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. ? Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. ? Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Education: ? Masters degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. ? Achieve the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) in Audiology or is licensed to practice Audiology.
