Regional Operations Liaison

The Regional Operations Liaison is responsible for supporting all aspects of branch operations  The Regional Operations Liaison assists the ROM to ensure consistent and efficient execution of the firms operational policies and procedures  The ROL also seeks opportunities to assist the Regional Operations Manager to improve client satisfaction and increase talent and associate engagement across the branch operations team  The Regional Operations Liaison works with the ROM on various initiatives including operational efficiency projects  client service enhancements  technology rollouts and training on operational policies and procedures  The Regional Operations Liaison is a key resource for the branches on escalated operational and technology issues and helps to train branch operations managers  The Regional Operations Liaison reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager  The ideal candidate demonstrates all individual contributor competencies with a strong emphasis on achieving results  communicating effectively  solving problems and making sound decisions  Key past experiences include roles with operations responsibilities  The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of operations  client service  and brokerage operations technology  REQUIREMENTS  Series 7 and 63 required  Series 8  9 10  required within 6 months in the job  Series 65 license preferred  5  years industry experience and 3  years management experience preferred etent in the firm s operating systems  EXCEL  Power Point and Word  Well organized and ability to multi task  Mon  Fri  8 00am  5 00pm
