Project Description:

This contractor will be working on post development project management of the IP Core Router development program

This project manager will be required to have expertise with Telecommunication Project management systems to help deliver the final product using the established Portfolio administration, and IT project managegment and reporting tools (i.e. Prism).

Post Development project manager to assist in the management of the CRS-1 OC-768 router development program.

Candidate must have prior Telecommunication experience with the following systems:
PAT = Portfolio Admin Tool
PRISM = IT work request system
CPTS = Capital Planning Tracking System
FM = Financial Modeling tool

The candidate must also be familiar with creating PALs (Purchase authorization Letter) and Serving Plans to instruct current planning and engineering. How capital is to be expended on the CRS-1 program

Candidate should have fundamental knowledge or routing architecture and familiarity with Layer 3 technologies (i.e MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching)
Candidate should have excellent working knowledge of MS office and can develop presentations for upper management when required
