Requisition No. 9567BR Title Manager HR Job Description This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and is the Regional Human Resources Partner for the Wilmington locations. Key responsibilities include: Execute Flawlessly on Business and HR Priorities * Partner closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to deliver key strategic initiatives * Develop and deliver new programs, processes and policies to leaders and employees in a consistent, timely manner * Build Leadership Capability at Front-Line Manager Levels * Provide in-person coaching and counseling to local leaders * Drive the local talent agenda in partnership with HR colleagues and business leaders; thoroughly understand the talent needs within the geographic footprint; address talent issues before they impact the business * Facilitate face-to-face training & development sessions on critical topics (communications, conflict resolution, etc.) Drive Positive Employee Relations * Provide high-impact onboarding * Ensure open dialogue occurs among local leaders and employees * Handle issues and/or investigations thoroughly and timely * Leverage data and provide insight to identify strengths and gaps; partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to drive results Candidate Requirements Candidate Requirements The Human Resources Partner in this role will possess 5+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience including success in an operational environment. They must demonstrate prior experience in effectively influencing business partners toward the successful achievement of business and Human Resources initiatives. The successful candidate will also show evidence of the following: * Strong project management experience with proven focus on measurements and results. * Exceptional problem resolution and change management skills. * History of solid judgment decisions. * Broad understanding and experience in all aspects of HR including employee relations, union-avoidance, organizational development, talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, OSHA and state labor laws. * Bachelors degree in a Human Resources or Business related area required. * Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. * Proactive and results-oriented. * Strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
