Help Desk Analyst

Modis has been tasked by one of their most respected clients to identify the following due to expansion of their enterprise support center.  Located in the Philadelphia, our client supports their North America Operations on a 24/7 basis. Our client anticipates the addition of 6-9 Level/Tier 1 Help Desk professionals due to growth and the need to maintain the utmost level of professional support. 

Requirements:
- Professional and customer centric
- 2+ years of Help Desk or phone as well as desktop support
- Experience handling 30+ inbound calls per day
- Support of basic Microsoft Applications and related issues
- Password resets
- Troubleshoot AV Equipment
- Resolve general network connectivity issues including VPN and Wireless
- Prior use of industry leading Help Desk systems
- Professional and outstanding communication skills required.
- A pre-interview is required in our office to be considered for this opportunity before being presented to the client for review as well as 2 professional/recent references.

- These positions are intended to be on a Contract basis with the likelihood of Full-time employment with client after a period of no less than 6 months.
- Hourly rates will be determined based on experience.
