Job Description:
Responsibilities includes: * Installation, configuration, and setup of Syclo Inventory and Syclo Work Management tools. Consideration towards audit controls, SOX requirements, and multi-location deployments. * Develop and manage procedures and scripts associated with Syclo Inventory and Syclo Worm Management Admnistrative tasks. * Support of mobile device connectivity, usage, and syncronization. ***THIS IS AN APPLICATION SUPPORT POSITION, NO CODING IS REQUIRED***

***DESIRED:WOULD LIKE TO HAVE 1 YEAR OF SYCLO MOBILE EXPERIENCE*** Migration of Maximo application components (Workflow, Screens, DB Configs, etc..) between application environments. Experience with ChangemanDS a plus- 1-2 years experience with Maximo is fine * Management of data migration, data refreshes, and data loading processes. Usage of MDL, MEA, and SQL scripts. * Administration of Maximo Security groups and users. Understanding of Activity Directory and Federated Services are desired additional qualifications. * IT operational knowledge of infrastructure components such as AIX, Websphere, Oracle, Windows Client Server experience etc.. 2-3 years experience needed * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Procedural oriented focus for work performed. * Candidate must reside in Charlotte area due to project and oncall schedule requirements.
