Business Objects Developer

The Business Objects Developer will design and develop new Business Objects universes from logical and physical dimensional Oracle database designs and translate business reporting  requirements into universe strategies and designs. You will create/recreate new reports using new and existing universes. Must be able to interact effectively with application architects, database and server administrators, project and business office managers.

Background should include a minimum of 5 years gathering business reqmts, creating documentation of data reporting reqmts as well as Business Objects experience with Designer, Supervisor, Full-Client and WebIntelligence tools, skill in relational database design, SQL and Oracle tools to diagnose database performance issues; create reporting index strategies; improve database designs based on SQL executions;  strong conceptual, communication and technical architecture skills.
