What you will contribute -- your primary responsibilities include handling inbound disconnect/downgrade phone calls and attempt to save the customer or the service utilizing superior customer service skills.  Our quality standards are high – earn $14.42 per hour plus Commission.

What we look for -- the successful candidate will be professional, career-minded, highly motivated with:

- PC skills and billing system experience    required
- Minimum of 6 months - 1 year Call Center experience, preferably in Customer Service or Sales
- Excellent ability to multi-task, negotiate, problem solve and communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays essential
