Customer Service - Auto Insurance

Citizens United Reciprocal Exchange (CURE) is a leading direct writer of auto insurance in NJ and PA. 

Due to our continuing growth and success, CURE is currently seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to join our team.

This position is responsible for handling in-bound auto insurance sales requests as well as in-force customer service requests in a high volume call center environment. 

As a Call Center Representative you will be responsible for evaluating both new business as well as customer service requests utilizing information from the caller as well as data culled from a variety of reports to make sound decisions that are in compliance with CURE's underwriting guidelines and requirements.  

Call Center Representatives respond to inquiries from customers regarding various insurance issues, such as explanation of auto policies, coverages, addition or deletion of drivers or vehicles, surcharges and cancellations, as well as billing inquires.


To succeed in this position, you must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team; as well as in a structured call center environment.

Prior experience in Customer Service and/or in a Call Center a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are required.  Must be customer focused and display a professional phone manner.

Physical Demands:

•Prompt and regular attendance.
•Sitting for long periods of time.
•Ability to read a myriad of reports on the computer screen.
•Operate computer equipment; mouse, keyboard, etc.
•Ability to listen and comprehend and to communicate, discuss, and exchange information effectively.

A Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License is needed for the position, but not required to apply.  CURE will provide the necessary training and opportunity for you to obtain the required insurance licensing. 
Comprehensive training is provided.


4 DAY WORKWEEK!!!!

Monday - Friday (3 of these days) from 8:00am to 7:00pm;
and Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
