Database Administrator – Senior

Support position for database administration and support for various Java based applications.

Will be responsible for supporting various Oracle databases in a 24x7 support role. Will be responsible for database administation and creation/review of SQL code to be used in databases.

Position will require support after hours on a rotation basis. This will be something that, once converted, every 5th or 6th week (once every 2 months) they will be on call for the week.

Certification in Oracle 9i/10g is preferred. Candidate needs strong communication skills (written and oral).
