Modis is seeking a Web Developer for one of their clients due to growth and required staff demands.
Our Client, Located in the Philadelphia, PA area is a leading organization for on-line retailing and direct response marketing businesses for retailers, professional sports organizations, and media companies.
Position Title: Web Developer (Creative)
The Web Developer will need 2-3 years of development experience with HTML, CSS, JSP, and JavaScript. The Developer will be working with the Manager of Web Development as well as the Creative and Engineering Teams. This position will work along side Graphic Designers, Information Architects, Marketing teams and Project Management teams.
A functional knowledge of JSP is an integral aspect of this position.
Responsibilities
Maintain existing pages
Build HTML e-mail campaigns.
Maintain internal documentation and intranet files.
Requirements
Fluent in a code-based code editor (such as Macromedia HomeSite).
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and image optimization techniques.
Proficient with XML.
Understanding of browser capabilities and design constraints on the web.
Ability to be self-motivated and deliver projects on time with minimal supervision.
Ability to demonstrate previous work via URLs.
