Rapidly growing real estate development organization has an immediate need for a project accountant.
Qualified candidate will have 5+ years job cost experience from either the real estate, development, or construction industry.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
* Preparing entire job cost budget (operating budget)
* Preparing monthly bank draws
* Coding and preparing invoices
* Preparing and reviewing all job costs monthly with project management
