JobCircle Job Fairs Cancellation Policy

I certify that I am authorized to bind my company to this contract and that I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

a)     Payment is required prior to job fair date or net 30, whichever occurs first;

b)     If I cancel greater than 60 days prior to the event date, I will be refunded 50%, with no future credit, there are no refunds or future credit whatsoever for cancellations occurring within 60 days of event date. If an event is changed or cancelled, I will be provided a refund or credit to be used at a future event, unless the cancellation is due to nature or other Act of God outside the company's control

c)      I understand that if a representative from my company is unable to attend the event, my company is still liable for payment and no future credit is given.

d)     All sales are final on multiple event purchases and payment for all future events must be received according to terms above.

e)     Any legal remedies will be resolved under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and my company will be responsible for court costs, attorney fees and other costs incurred as a result of collection efforts for non-payment.
