November 5, 2009

Celebrate Diversity - Eventhough a strike by Septa decreased the number of attendees, we still had over 1,000 jobseekers make their way down to the Kimmel Center. These dedicated candidates enjoyed extended face time with recruiters and also took advantage of the free career seminars and resume critiques. Recruiters were very pleased that these jobseekers made the extra effort to get to this event.

Jobadelphia - A great kickoff to the fall recruiting season! Thank you to all of the companies and jobseekers that came out for this event! A special thank you to Karen Huller for presenting a LinkedIn seminar for jobseekers and thanks to Right Management for providing free resume critiques for jobseekers.

Celebrate Diversity! Career Fair - Close to 2000 candidates attended this year's fall diversity career fair at the Kimmel Center. Although the economy is soft, we had dozens of companies in attendance that have plenty of employment opportunities available.

Jobadelphia Career Fair - The beginning of the fall season brought a return of our Jobadelphia Career Fair at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia. The jammed-packed event welcomed dozens of companies and over 2000 jobseekers.

Educate U Fair! - The first ever JobCircle.com Educate U Fair placed 13 of the areas leading advanced education schools front and center at the Shops at Liberty Place. This event provided individuals in the Philadelphia area the opportunity to meet with school representatives and learn more about the educational programs and career opportunities that they have available.

Grand Slam Career Fair! - Our 2008 Grand Slam Career Fair filled Citizens Bank Park with over 4,000 jobseekers meeting with 75 companies!  Hundreds of jobseekers had their resumes critiqued while enjoying a day at the ballpark!

Jobs Gone Wild! Baltimore - Our annual Baltimore career fair held on May 29th with over 800 Baltimore jobseekers in attendance. Over 30 companies participated in the event held at Power Plant Live! Many jobseekers had their resumes critiqued by the staff of Right Management. It was a great event that gave Baltimore residents the opportunity to meet with local companies while enjoying a beautiful day.

Nurses Night at the Ballpark! - Nurses Night was a huge success with over 500 nurses in attendance! Prizes, players and job opportunities at 38 companies were the talk of the night. After networking we headed inside to enjoy a good old-fashioned baseball game. And thanks to the Phillies the entire day ended on a great note. See you next year!

Jobs Gone Wild! New Jersey - Things got WILD at the newly re-opened Liberty Science Center in Jersey City for our first ever Jobs Gone Wild! New Jersey event. Thousands of jobseekers attended.

January 30, 2008	StarTech Technology Career Fair - Our first technology career fair in King of Prussia this year was a complete success. Over 1000 IT professionals turned out to meet with dozens of companies at the Crowne Plaza Valley Forge.
January 16, 2008	Jobs Gone Wild! Philadelphia - We kicked off the new year with one WILD event! Over 3000 jobseekers attended and found hundreds of great career opportunities.
November 14, 2007	Celebrate Technology! New Jersey - This technology career fair was kicking! Tons of highly qualified & experienced candidates attended. Overall, everyone seems to enjoy the event.
October 30, 2007	Celebrate Wilmington! - Our first Wilmington event occurred during a snowstorm in March earlier this year, but was a great event nonetheless. HOWEVER, take away the snow and you get a truly FABULOUS event, which was the case for this job fair. Companies were very pleased with the amount & caliber of candidates that attended.
October 16, 2007	Celebrate Diversity! - Another great event at the Kimmel Center - it just keeps getting better and better! Our next Diversity event will be in April 2008.

July 11, 2007	Grand Slam - It was a hot day, but that didn't stop thousands of jobseekers from meeting with over 130 companies at Citizens Bank Park. The Phanatic even made an appearance!
June 21, 2007	Jobs Gone Wild! DC - We took our Jobs Gone Wild! Career Fair series on the road to the nations capital. With lots of employment opportunities available, jobseekers were thrilled to be a part of this unique career event.
May 23, 2007	Jobs Gone Wild! Baltimore - If you did not attend this event, you missed one great day at Power Plant Live! Over 1000 folks attended - the weather was picture perfect and the job opportunities plentiful.
May 16, 2007	Nurses Night at the Ballpark- Thank you to all of the nurses & our vendors for braving the weather and coming out to this event. A special Thanks to our partner Scrubs & Beyond for all of the great prizes they contributed to the event.  And congratulations to Kimberly Cowan from Cape May Court House, NJ - the winner of the Caribbean trip.
April 12, 2007	Celebrate Diversity! Philadelphia- Our largest Diversity show EVER! Over 85 companies, thousands of jobseekers and tons of career opportunities. Another Diversity show at the Kimmel Center is scheduled for the fall, so make sure to check out our schedule and plan to attend.
March 7, 2007	Celebrate Wilmington!- It snowed all day, but that did not keep the jobseekers away. Over 50 companies greeted our winter travelers with tons of career opportunities. Many hiring companies were impressed with both the turnout and the quality of attending candidates on such a wintery day.
February 6, 2007	Celebrate Technology!- It was a deep freeze, but close to 1000 jobseekers braved the bitter cold temps to meet with representatives from 60 companies at this premier I.T. jobfair.
January 11, 2007	Jobs Gone Wild! Philadelphia - Tons of companies. Tons of jobseekers - over 3,000, in fact came out to the Wachovia Center to learn about great career opportunities in the Delaware Valley. Plus tons of people received free resume critiques by the staff at Right Managment. Thanks to all of the attending companies and our partner on this event, Right Management.
October 12, 2006	Celebrate Diversity! Philadelphia - Our 6th show at the beautiful Kimmel Center and we're still going strong. Over 3,000 jobseekers visited with over 85 companies.

September 28, 2006	Celebrate Technology! Philadelphia - The I.T. market is hot - as demonstrated by the thousands of technology professionals that showed up for our annual I.T. Career Fair in King of Prussia.
July 19, 2006	Grand Slam Career Fair - Citizens Bank Park. A beautiful day. Over 115 companies. And over 3000 ambitious jobseekers. The formula for a great career fair.
June 22, 2006	Jobs Gone Wild! Baltimore - Our first outdoor career fair in Baltimore and the heat did not keep the jobseekers away! Power Plant Live! was a great venue. Thank you to the 60+ companies that attended.
June 7, 2006	Celebrate Diversity!New Jersey - Despite the weather, we had a great turnout for our signature Diversity event in Newark at the NJPAC. Thank you to the 50+ companies that attended.
May 31, 2006	Honor Our Heroes Veterans Career Fair & Expo - Thank you to all of the exhibitors that honored our veterans by participating in this career fair. Many of the veterans that turned out for this event appreciated the gesture of hosting a career event just for them.
May 4, 2006	Nurses Night at the Ballpark - Hundreds of nurses attended this one-of-a-kind recruiting event. Over 50 companies were on hand to discuss career opportunities with nurses in the casual environment of Citizens Bank Park.  We gave away a ton of prizes to Nurses as well as hundreds of free game tickets. It was a fabulous day and an equally fabulous event. Thanks to all that participated.
March 15, 2006	Celebrate Diversity! Philadelphia - This career fair, devoted to the celebrating the diverse professional workforce in and around Philadelphia, was a great success. Over 2,000 jobseekers turned out to discuss career opportunties with over 65 companies.
February 16, 2006	Celebrate Technology! Philadelphia - We finished up our Technology week with another successful I.T. show in King of Prussia. If you have ever attended one of our I.T. shows, you know that the line forms early and the candidates just keep coming through all day long! We look forward to another great show in the fall.
February 14, 2006	Celebrate Technology! New Jersey - This was our first I.T. Career Fair in Edison. It was an amazing event and one that we will be sure to repeat in the fall.  Candidates and companies alike were pleased with the event.
January 17, 2006	Jobs Gone Wild! Philadelphia - We wanted to kick off the New Year with the Wildest Career Fair in Philadelphia and we did! Our first show of 2006 was a hit! Despite a huge road closure on I-95 for the entire day, we still had over 4,000 jobseekers attend. We also provided free transportation between the city and Wachovia Center for city workers and it was used by many. Thank you to all of the companies that attended, over 100 in all. A special thank you to the Elmwood Park Zoo for making our Jobs Gone Wild! Career Fair even more wild by bringing their animal friends. We look forward to continued success in 2006.
November 2, 2005	Celebrate Diversity! New Jersey - We wrapped up the year on a high note with a great career fair on a beautiful day in Newark. Over 50 companies were on hand to recruit for tons of positions and over 1500 jobseekers spent part of their day looking to further their careers.
October 12, 2005	Celebrate Diversity! Philadelphia - The rain didn't keep anyone away from this huge career fair! Over 3000 jobseekers made their way to the beautiful Kimmel Center to speak to representatives from over 75 companies.  A great turnout again.
September 21, 2005	Nurses Day at the Movies - Nurses Day at the Movies was a day to celebrate our hardworking nurses. Attending nurses were treated to a career fair with leading healthcare organizations, free CEU courses, the opportunity to win prizes, a free private movie screening and some nurses even walked away with free movie tickets! Nurses were excited about this event that was designed just for them.
September 14, 2005	Celebrate Baltimore! Career Fair - With all of our success in Philadelphia & New Jersey we decided to take the show on the road to Baltimore!  Our first fair at the M&T Bank Stadium was great! We had over 65 companies and over 1200 quality jobseekers attend.
September 7, 2005	Celebrate Technology! Career Fair - "OUTSTANDING!", "FANTASTIC", "Best job fair I have ever been to!"...these were just a few of the comments we received about our Celebrate Technology! Career Fair. We had 60 companies in attendance for a day of recruitment and over 1500 technology professionals visited throughout the day. Both companies and candidates were extremely pleased with the event.
July 13, 2005	Grand Slam Career Fair- The ballpark isn't just a great place for a ballgame, its a fabulous venue for a career fair! We had a huge turnout for our annual Grand Slam Career Fair. Jobseekers arrived early to beat the heat, but ended up sticking around to learn about all of the great career opporunities that were available. Over 125 companies turned out, making this our largest career fair yet!
June 8, 2005	Celebrate! Diversity New Jersey- Once again we had a great turnout at the spectacular NJPAC. With over 2000 jobseekers and 53 attending companies, everyone braved the heat to come out for a great day of recruiting and free career workshops. Many companies were pleased with the caliber of candidates that attended this year's event.
May 12, 2005	Nurses Night at the Ballpark - Our first Nurses Night at the Ballpark was a HUGE success!! The beautiful day resulted in over 1000 attendees.With appearances by a few Phillies greats & the Phanatic and a ton of prize giveaways, the event was packed all day long! Nurses were abundant and the 50+ attending companies were thrilled with the turnout.
April 7, 2005	Celebrate Diversity! Philadelphia Career Fair - Held at the beautiful Kimmel Center in Center City, this spring's Diversity event attracted over 2500 jobseekers and was a great success.This event to celebrate the diverse Philadelphia workforce also included over 70 companies and provided jobseekers with free workshops throughout the day.
March 24th, 2005	Celebrate Technology Career Fair - the first Information Technology career fair in over three years in the Delaware Valley attracted over 1500 candidates to the Valley Forge Crowne Plaza. With over 50 companies in attendence, this was a great success for both jobseekers and recruiters!
January 31st, 2005	Discovery Days - held at the stunning Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, NJ, employers enjoyed doing some hiring amidst the many scientific oddities.  With seperate floors for healthcare and general employment, this event brought the best of both worlds to almost 2,000 jobseekers.
January 18th, 2005	Job-A-Palooza - held at the Wachovia Center, this event was a smashing success!  We had over 3,700 jobseekers - we ran out of show guides at 1:30!  Employers gave this event a smashing thumbs up!
October 22nd, 2004	Celebrate Diversity Philadephia - This event drew in over 60 companies and almost 3,000 jobseekers, and was another successful career fair event!
September 14th, 2004	Nurses Day a the Movies - This unique hiring event for nurses had over 500 nursing and healthcare professionals!  We had over 50 high-caliber healthcare employers, and several successful CE seminars throughought the day!
July 14th, 2004	Grand Slam Job Fair - a huge success, this show had over 105 companies and over 4000 jobseekers!  The Philly Phanatic was on hand to help recruiters find and hire great talent, and customers gave this show a thumbs-up!
June 17th, 2004	Diversity New Jersey- taking place in Newark, NJ, this show boasted over 2000 jobseekers, and 42 companies.  The beautiful NJPAC helped create an atmosphere of hard-core recruiting, and the companies that participated were pleased with the high level of professional candidates!
May 6th, 2004	Celebrate Diversity Philadelphia - This event took place on May 6th, 2004, and was a huge success!  Over 70 companies exhibited, and over 3,000 jobseekers were in attendance.
