1.  Accounting Manager

Duties and Accountabilities:  
1.Responsible for the monthly processing of financial statements, including entries and general ledger reconciliation for FMFCU and SFN.  
2.Make personnel recommendations regarding employment, performance evaluation, salary, promotions, transfers and terminations.  
3.Responsible for directing and developing the activities of employees in the department.  
4.Responsible for compiling and preparing annual operating budget for approval.

2.  Assistant Branch Manager

•Assume the responsibilities of Branch Manager in the absence of the Branch Manager. Assist the Branch Manager to insure that all company policies and procedures are followed and maintained.

•Maximize member satisfaction with exceptional service by incorporating the WELCOME HOME spirit throughout the branch. Is responsible for setting quality standards in the service area and developing a team atmosphere.

1.Represent the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner.  
2.Processes share deposits and loan payments and other member transactions including, but not limited to, cash advances, travelers’ checks, cashiers’ checks and money orders.  
3.Disburse cash or check withdrawals and process transfers.  
4.Verify transactions. Monitor deposit amounts and examine documents for endorsement and negotiability. Detect and resolve discrepancies promptly.  
5.Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance conditions. May be required to open and close accounts depending on branch location.

4.  Fraud Investigator
PA: Broomall
•Coordinate and professionally handle and facilitate the recovery of losses through civil / criminal processes. This includes maintaining a fraud database to proactively identify potential risks and losses due to criminal activities.  
•Establish procedures for investigating electronic and financial crimes and coordinate the flow of information or requests to and from appropriate Federal and State law enforcement agencies.  
•Monitor existing, new and emerging criminal trends as they relate to financial institutions and develop strategies to protect the organization from these criminal initiatives.  
•Establish and cultivate direct relationships with key law enforcement agencies.  
•Represent FMFCU in local, state and federal court systems regarding civil and criminal complaints and issues.  
•On-going personal development by researching evolving technologies available to implement preventative solutions as they become available.  
•Analyze fraud loss data and recommend policy or procedural changes based on analysis of trends and other findings.  
•Conducts logical investigations of financial institution fraud.

Duties and Accountabilities:  
 
1.New loan and mortgage payment activity:  
 
·Responsible for accurately adding new loans to the Servicing system.  
·Assumes responsibility for trust accounting and auditing loan files for accuracy and data integrity.  
·Assumes responsibility for acquiring legal documents for collateral/lender/homeowner protection.  
·Assists Servicing Coordinator in preparation of month end report and remittances to investors.  
·Creates mortgages transaction registers and distributes as needed.  
·Prepares mortgage payment notices and coupons during month prior to the first payment  
·Mails welcome letters with coupons and notices  
·Processes mortgage payment coupons and checks received including collection drafts.  
·Prepares check listing to Accounting Department.  
 
2.Mortgage verifications and payoffs:  
 
·Provide payoff statements and mortgage verifications as requested.  
·Process payoff checks and notify accounting department for report to investor.  
·Process paid off files and insures all recording information is in Servicing system in preparation for Satisfaction of Mortgage.  
 
 
3.Escrow account activity:  
 
·Minimize payments of tax penalties and lapsed insurance policies by enforcement of processing quality standards.

·Review and analyze third party reports for non-escrowed accounts to assure a tax sale does not negatively impact collateral protection.

•Perform daily transaction analysis of member accounts through review of daily reports, Patriot officer and Guardian officer software and taking appropriate action to minimize losses and maintain compliance with BSA requirements.  
•Responsible for updating alarm codes and contact lists for credit union personnel.  
•Responsible for processing payments sent to the credit union for losses incurred.  
•Responsible for assisting Fraud Investigator and Security Officer by inputting cases in the ECM case management system and preparing case files.
