The Philadelphia-based services firm got its start in 1990, when its founder, Kimberly Crew, President and CEO, took over an under-producing retail technology business that included a staffing component. Recognizing that the industry was quickly changing, Kimberly responded by closing the technology store, and focused the business on providing top quality permanent and contract technical services. Today, CSS provides technical candidates for positions in engineering, information technology, manufacturing and support concentrated in the Aerospace, Aviation, Defense, Manufacturing, Industrial and Financial Markets.
