MGD Services, Inc. has been supplying consulting professionals to corporate IS departments in support of computer systems development projects since 1989. We supply well-trained, seasoned personnel to perform all tasks involved in the entire project life cycle for computer systems development.
Our area of expertise is to supply Quality Assurance methods and practices consulting personnel to corporate information systems departments. Our Quality Assurance personnel, which includes QA Managers, QA Analysts, Business Analysts, Technical Writers, and Trainers are involved in computer systems development projects from inception through the project life cycle into production and on into system maintenance and enhancements. We work closely with both the system development staff and the end user community to provide a system that meets the project requirements.
MGD Services is a Mercury SSP partner and as such, we can assist our clients in reviewing and understanding Mercury products. MGD has many Mercury Certified QA analysts on staff to provide quality assurance automated testing professionals for our clients software development projects. MGD Services can bring in the Mercury staff to assist the MGD staff and the client with automated testing and support of automated testing issues.
MGD Services, Inc. has many years of experience working on Computer System Validation (CSV) projects as part of the QA development process for the pharmaceutical industry. These projects require compliance to FDA Validation guidelines for computer systems used in FDA submissions. To this end, we supply CSV Auditors to ensure FDA compliance. We work closely with all project participants to ensure the entire project is in complete compliance, including 21 CFR Part 11.
