The Delaware State Police is a full service Law Enforcement Agency that is seeking highly self-motivated individuals who have a strong desire to serve others.
We are a diverse organization, offering: a starting salary over $50,000, paid vacation, deferred compensation, excellent health plan, 20 year pension plan, a 12 hour shift schedule and a variety of career paths.
You must be between the ages of 21 and 39, have a good driving record. Be physically fit, have no felony conduct and have a minimum of 60 college credits, or 30 college credits with 2 years active duty military service or 2 years as a certified Delaware police officer
