Our Organizational Communication practice assists companies in developing effective employee communication strategies that motivate employees, increase productivity, and creates a mission-focused workforce. Services include qualitative and quantitative research, Intranet assessments, strategy development, strategy implementation, branding campaigns for internal initiatives, and communication workshops.
Our Custom Training and Instructional Design practice creates sound educational solutions based on adult learning theory. Training delivery options include web-based training, CD-ROM, instructor-led training, and Train-the-Trainer.
