Here's how it works:

1. Define target audience - we run a search within X miles of a zip code for you.  We use the state licensing lists to get the count for our nurse lists and we have other lists available if you are interested in othe professions.  Then, we narrow the number of people for which we have confirmed phone numbers.  We give you an estimate, and you sign an agreement establish the blast and book the date(s).  You only pay for the number of actual voice mails that were left.
2. Set up Voice Blast - You call our 1-800 number, and create a 30 second message.  This message should be as if you are leaving a message for one person.  We append a "hang-up" on it so it sounds like you called them directly - they don't know that it is a mass blast.
3. We execute the blast - We charge you $295.00 setup, and a per-connect charge per name of those that connect.  We provide you a final count of busies, faxes, non-connects (bad numbers) and connects.  If the recipient is home or an answering machine is not detected, the system hangs up, and the call shows as anonymous on caller ID systems.

Some general guidelines:

• Please keep the blast to approximately 30 seconds. Many people will delete the message if you haven't caught their attention in that time. Recordings over 30 seconds may be subject to a higher rate per connect. Recordings must not exceed 45 seconds.
• You must include a name and phone number in the message to be compliant with current government regulations.  Leaving a web site address is also very helpful.
• Sound as natural as possible, like you are leaving a message for one person.  If you cough or stutter, don't be quick to re-record, it sounds more natural if it's not quite perfect.  We will append a hang-up sound to the end of the message so it sounds as if you are putting the phone back into the cradle.
• Do not try to sound like a commercial. Most people will instantly delete a message that doesn't sound like a personal message.
